Welcome to FinExPro ("FinExPro", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinExPro website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Beta Service

FinExPro is currently offered as a beta product. Features, availability, and output accuracy may change without notice, and the Service may contain bugs or errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

2. Description of Service

FinExPro generates draft bank examination reports using publicly available regulatory data from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Central Data Repository (CDR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Reports generated by the Service are intended as a starting point for a bank examiner's offsite analysis and are not a substitute for professional judgment, independent verification, or the official examination process.

3. No Professional or Regulatory Advice

The Service does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice. Reports and summaries generated by the Service may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any content generated by the Service before relying on it for any purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Independently verify any data or analysis before using it in an official capacity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by FinExPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Bank and financial data displayed through the Service originates from public FFIEC records and remains subject to the terms of the original data source.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINEXPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT IT GENERATES.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
