FinExPro
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FinExPro ("FinExPro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Search and report inputs: bank identifiers, names, locations, reporting periods, and exam types you enter to generate a report.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction data collected automatically to help us improve the Service.
- Contact information: if you email us directly, such as your name and email address.
2. Third-Party Data Sources
FinExPro retrieves publicly available bank and financial data from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Central Data Repository (CDR). This data is public regulatory information and is not personal information belonging to you.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Generate examination reports using AI technology based on your inputs.
- Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and features of the Service.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
4. AI Processing
Report generation requests, including search inputs and retrieved regulatory data, may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) for processing. We do not knowingly submit sensitive personal information as part of this process.
5. Data Storage
Generated reports may be temporarily stored in secure cloud storage (such as Amazon S3) to allow you to retrieve them after generation. We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (such as hosting, storage, and AI providers) solely to operate the Service, or when required by law.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
Since FinExPro primarily processes public regulatory data, most information handled by the Service is not personal to you. If you have contacted us directly and wish to have that information removed, please reach out using the contact details below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
